This special concert celebrates the tremendous wealth of talent amongst young people living in the Highlands. Join us for an afternoon of performances from four superb groups!

Gizzenbriggs – Established over 20 years ago, Tain Royal Academy’s acclaimed traditional music group won “Community Project of the Year” at the 2013 MG Alba Trad Music Awards.

Antrin – Exciting new trio Charlie Grey, Kiltarlity (Fiddle); Owen Sinclair, Orkney (Guitar), and Joseph Peach, Achiltibuie (Piano).

Hò-rò – This young five-piece Highland outfit are fast making a name for themselves on the traditional music scene with lively tunes and fine Gaelic songs.

The Kin Project – funded by the Highland Youth Arts Hub, six young musicians are working with Artistic Director, Duncan Chisholm to explore archive material from Lochbroom and use this as a stimulus to create an innovative new film with original music.
