Forming in the Highlands in 2011, Spoke Too Soon have been electrifying audiences all over Scotland for the past few years with their often heavy, sometimes emo-tinged, ever fun and energetic brand of pop punk and post-hardcore. Since filling out their line up with a dedicated singer in 2016, the band has shown immense progress in terms of both confidence and desire to ascend to the next level.
After a string of single releases and a nationwide tour, brand new EP ‘Standing on the Edge’ will be released via Bubble Tea Records, a DIY label including members of the band, on Fri 31st August. A day later on Sat 1st September, Spoke Too Soon headline The Ironworks – the perfect platform from which the still-young-but-experienced group’s much-talked-about potential can finally be unleashed.
Recent support slots with established touring acts including WSTR, Attack Attack!, Woes, Press to MECO and The Hostiles have helped hone their live performances into the high-energy, exciting shows that their fans love to see. Don’t miss this opportunity to catch them at the fantastic Ironworks venue and to pick up one of the first copies of their highly anticipated new release.
