Highland favourites Torridon celebrate 20 years of musical excellence with new album and “XX Cask Strength Tour”. To commemorate their milestone anniversary, Torridon is taking to the road, bringing their signature blend of passion and energy to stages across Scotland.
Torridon, the dynamic Highland-based band known for their electrifying stage presence and toe-tapping tunes, are thrilled to mark their 20th anniversary in the music industry this year. With a journey spanning two decades, Torridon has captivated audiences worldwide with their energetic performances and unforgettable music.
First joining forces in 2004, Founder Kenny Smith and pal Matthew Cameron embarked on a journey that would end up being beyond their wildest dreams. From a folky Two-piece, the band developed to a blistering 6 piece Folk Rock explosion from pubs in Inverness, to the biggest national stages, including Hampden Park itself.
